Schon bei meinem ersten Besuch wurde ich herzlich aufgenommen. Die Klassen sind sehr gut aufgebaut, verständlich erklärt und bieten eine tolle Lernatmosphäre. Besonders gefällt mir, dass es jeden Tag mindestens drei Klassen zu verschiedenen Zeiten gibt – so findet wirklich jeder die Möglichkeit zu trainieren. Die Leute im Lab sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und schaffen ein super Gemeinschaftsgefühl. Auch die Hygiene ist top: Die Matten werden nach jeder Klasse gereinigt und die Duschen sind immer sauber. Ich kann das Lab jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der in der Region Zürich (Oerlikon, Seebach, Affoltern, Glatttal, Hardbrücke, Schwamendingen) trainieren möchte.

I really like this gym, it’s as simple as that!
There is the knowledgable and welcoming teacher (Joonas), an international mix of tough people to roll (and laugh with) and a really convenient location and clean facilities! Combined with a great flexible schedule (so you don’ have to spend time with your family) and Swiss level clean mats, it ticks all my boxes. I really enjoyed my time and I will stop by again when I visit my 'Heimat'. Oss!

Excellent gym with a very well-structured curriculum that makes learning clear and progressive. The facilities are spotless, and hygiene is clearly a top priority. Friendly vibe, high-level instruction—great for all levels. Highly recommended!
