ISAAC DOEDERLEIN SEMINAR 2024
In this seminar we learned offbalancing and attacking from the open guard with 2022 world champion Isaac Doederlein.
We had a great seminar at BJJ Lab Zürich with world champion Isaac Doederlein.
He is not only a great competitiors, but also a great coach that explains the concepts behind his techniques very well as you can see in this video.
