ESPEN MATHIESEN SEMINAR 2026
We are hosting a seminar with Espen Mathiesen, European champion, world medalist and one of Europe’s top lightweight competitors.
We’re happy to announce that Espen Mathiesen is coming back to BJJ Lab Zürich for another two-day seminar.
The topic for both days will be guard passing. Each day will cover different material, so even if you can only make it to one session, you’ll still be able to take a lot away from it.
Espen is best known for his very tricky and flexible guard, which makes him a great person to learn guard passing from. He’ll show us how he approaches difficult guards and systematically works his way to the pass.
