ESPEN MATHIESEN SEMINAR 2023
In this seminar we learned from european champion and one of the top lightweight competitiors Espen Mathiesen.
We hosted a 2 day mini camp with Espen Mathiesen. In four sessions, he showed us many aspects of his game and showed us how he makes the techniques work at the highest level.
